The 10 Most Expensive Home Sales in Westfield NJ for 2013

by Jackie on January 15, 2014

The Luxury Home Market was very busy in Westfield NJ in 2013.

The highest sale price of $2,400,000 was paid for a home on Wyandotte Trail.  Built in 2010, this beautiful center hall colonial offered 6 bedrooms, all of which had a private bathroom or jack-and-jill bathroom attached.

The other homes were on Prospect, Lenape, Standish, Woodland, E Dudley, Kimball, Minisink, Highland and Lawrence.

The sales of these 10 beautiful homes resulted in an average sales price of $1,937,600 with a 94.8% selling price to list price and an average of 100 days on market.  This is quite a lot higher than 2012 when the highest sales price was $2,100,000.  The average price of the top 10 sales was $1,584,463 with a 93.6% selling price to list price.  However, the days on market was just a little lower, coming in at 93.6.
