We have known Jackie since February 2005. She was referred to us by our friends who had very high regards for her. She successfully helped us find and close on our first home in North Edison in 2006.

When we started looking, we were looking for a home in the towns of North Edison, Westfield and Scotch Plains. She is very well versed in these towns and extremely familiar with North Edison - to the extent that she provides feedback about streets and neighborhoods that only locals would know. Her knowledge helped us zero in on the neighborhood of our choice.
She is very well respected by her peers and has a wide network of professionals that she works with. When it was time for closing, Jackie helped us by referring home inspectors, attorneys and mortgage specialists. She provided us with several references for each of them with the pros and cons of working with each of them. While none of these were binding, having the choices definitely helped us. In particular, the home inspector she referred was so good that he was also hired by the sellers of our home.
All through the home buying process, we found Jackie to be very objective of serving our interests.
She is patient and we never felt any pressure to buy or make a decision that we were not comfortable with. In other words, she let us find our home. At all times we found her to be prompt and courteous and willing to go the extra yard to help find us information. (when she didn't have it).

When my partner and I first met with Jackie because we were planning to move from New Hope, Pa to the Metuchen area, we had not even sold our house at that point. Little did we know that it would take about 9 more months to sell in Pa so that we could seriously look in NJ.
Throughout that entire time, Jackie worked patiently and professionally with us, providing counseling and occasionally some much needed comic relief when we thought we would never be able to move on with our lives.
Everything worked out very well for us and we are now happily living in a great house in Metuchen, NJ.
