Central New Jersey Real Estate
Central New Jersey Real Estate is at the heart of the State and includes homes for sale in the counties of Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, Monmouth, Hunterdon and Ocean County. New Jerseys bursting expansion rates have made the border lines between Central New Jersey Real Estate, North New Jersey Real Estate and South New Jersey Real Estate become unclear.
Many Northern New Jerseyans, as well as New York City residents, also have migrated within the past three decades to the Central New Jersey counties, ironically to escape urbanization, which has also caused these newly urban counties to generally be more often grouped as Northern New Jersey. This leads many North and South New Jersey residents to claim that Central New Jersey simply does not exist. However, Central New Jersey residents will disagree.
