Comparative Market Analysis

CMA is a real estate term which stands for 'Comparative Market Analysis.' This is a report prepared by a Realtor that uses for the comparison similar properties from current listings and recent sales in your neighborhood.

To prepare a CMA, an agent will need to inspect the interior and exterior of the property. They will take general notes on the home including any upgrades. Your home does not need to be totally cleaned up as if ready for an open house. It should be in a condition that I am able to access all the rooms in order to be able to make an accurate assessment of the value of the home.

I will then use these notes and information available to me from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to produce a full report on the estimate value of your home in today's real estate market.)
