    First of all, we'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for Jackie's professional handling of the sale of our house. Before entering the market, we didn't realize that there was such a difference among realtors. Our experience with Jackie has changed our view completely. Jackie showed sensitivity and confidence that far exceeded other realtors we had worked with earlier.

    Jackie was very honest, sweet natured and calming.

    She gave us a remarkable presentation about her plan to market, list and sell our home. She understood the ever-changing market, did a detailed market analysis and provided us a folder (with a picture of our house on the cover) containing all materials for different stages of house selling. She advised us how best to present our home to prospective buyers. Once listed on the multiple listing service, she immediately notified others realtors of the listing. She gave our listing great exposure through neighborhood mailings and an online virtual tour, which was invaluable for out-of-town lookers. We are particularly impressed with Jackie's negotiation skills during buyer's offer presentation. She was patient and calm. She spoke softly, but with well-chosen words & full of details/stats. It was obvious that the buyer's agent was impressed as well. We relocated soon after the house went under contract. Jackie ran the rest of home-selling process on our behalf: the inspection, finding handy man/overseeing repairs, pro-actively being present for appraisal, being present for buyer's walkthrough, etc. Everyday she relayed information and feed-back to us. We felt as if we were her only clients because of the many hours and attentions to details she managed to provide. We won't forget our phone calls and her assurance that everything would be all right.

    We highly recommend Jackie. She is a very hardworking/ knowledgeable agent who goes above and beyond to help, and would certainly bring successful results to her clients.

It was Jackie's savvy and experience that guided us successfully through the process. Her advice was right-on - every time. She knew how to price the house to get people interested in looking at it. In a tough market for sellers, we had lots of showings and multiple offers, while other houses in our area just sat without any activity. We even got more for our house than we asked for! We hear horror stories from our new neighbors in the active-adult community we moved to and think to ourselves, "Jackie warned us about that. Jackie didn't let that happen to us." We can't say enough good things about Jackie. She knows her business, she works tirelessly on her clients' behalf and is always there to offer reassurance and advice. When my partner and I first met with Jackie because we were planning to move from New Hope, Pa to the Metuchen area, we had not even sold our house at that point. Little did we know that it would take about 9 more months to sell in Pa so that we could seriously look in NJ.

Throughout that entire time, Jackie worked patiently and professionally with us, providing counseling and occasionally some much needed comic relief when we thought we would never be able to move on with our lives.

Everything worked out very well for us and we are now happily living in a great house in Metuchen, NJ. Jackie’s guidance through the process was outstanding at all times, she made us feel like we were her only clients (even though we knew full well that we were not!). She gave us very personalized attention and carefully advised us when she felt we were headed towards a bad decision.

    Jackie has a very good understanding of the real estate market in central NJ.

    When we started looking, we were looking for a home in the towns of North Edison, Westfield and Scotch Plains.
