When it was time for closing, Jackie helped us by referring home inspectors, attorneys and mortgage specialists. She provided us with several references for each of them with the pros and cons of working with each of them. While none of these were binding, having the choices definitely helped us. In particular, the home inspector she referred was so good that he was also hired by the sellers of our home.
All through the home buying process, we found Jackie to be very objective of serving our interests.
She is patient and we never felt any pressure to buy or make a decision that we were not comfortable with. In other words, she let us find our home. At all times we found her to be prompt and courteous and willing to go the extra yard to help find us information. (when she didn’t have it).
