    We have known Jackie since February 2005. She was referred to us by our friends who had very high regards for her. She successfully helped us find and close on our first home in North Edison in 2006.

    Jackie has a very good understanding of the real estate market in central NJ.

    When we started looking, we were looking for a home in the towns of North Edison, Westfield and Scotch Plains. She is very well versed in these towns and extremely familiar with North Edison - to the extent that she provides feedback about streets and neighborhoods that only locals would know. Her knowledge helped us zero in on the neighborhood of our choice. She is very well respected by her peers and has a wide network of professionals that she works with. When it was time for closing, Jackie helped us by referring home inspectors, attorneys and mortgage specialists. She provided us with several references for each of them with the pros and cons of working with each of them. While none of these were binding, having the choices definitely helped us. In particular, the home inspector she referred was so good that he was also hired by the sellers of our home.

    All through the home buying process, we found Jackie to be very objective of serving our interests.

    She is patient and we never felt any pressure to buy or make a decision that we were not comfortable with. In other words, she let us find our home. We employed Jackie to buy our current house and sell our condo. We were so glad we found Jackie as she was a tremendous help in both finding a house for us as well as selling our old place. What most impressed us about Jackie was that she was so patient throughout the whole buying process.  She is very knowledgeable about the North Edison area and was patient in showing us house after house, giving us advice on what to look for and what to avoid.  Jackie never pressured us into buying a house and eventually she helped find the perfect house for us.  What was helpful was that she was always available by phone or email if we ever had a question. She really does go the extra mile as we've experienced first hand. Before closing, we found that a gas leak hadn't been fixed, so she waited with us in the house with no heat for almost 7 hours until the gas company came and fixed the leak.
We were also impressed with her marketing plan for selling our condo. She is very tech savvy, which is important in this day and age, as more and more buyers use the internet to help them buy a house. Our brochures and website came out beautifully. Everyone who saw it was impressed. Most importantly, we were able to get under contract in less than a month in a tough market.
After the long house buying and selling process, it was sad to say goodbye to Jackie, who had became a part of our lives. Our kids still remember and talk fondly about Ms. Jackie to this day.

  • When my partner and I first met with Jackie because we were planning to move from New Hope, Pa to the Metuchen area, we had not even sold our house at that point. Little did we know that it would take about 9 more months to sell in Pa so that we could seriously look in NJ.

    Throughout that entire time, Jackie worked patiently and professionally with us, providing counseling and occasionally some much needed comic relief when we thought we would never be able to move on with our lives.
