To find you the home you desire, I have to listen to you and you have to tell me your needs and what you are looking for. To help things along, here is a sample of some of the questions I might ask you:

  6. Where will you be working? What kind of commute are you considering?

  7. Who will be living in the house and how old are your children?

  8. Are schools important to you and, if so, what grades are your children in?

  9. Are you renting or do you have a home to sell?

  10. If you have a home to sell, do you need to sell it before you buy a new home?

  11. Have you been pre-approved by a mortgage rep so that you know what price of home you should be looking at?
