Scotch Plains Market Report for February 2012

by Jackie on March 12, 2012

Currently the market could be described as “mildly active.”    There are 42 sales pending in the Scotch Plains real estate market, leaving 120 homes still for sale.  The average list-to-sales ratio for this area is 95.6%, meaning that is the percentage of the asking price that homes are selling for.  Analysis of sold properties in the last six months reveals an average sold price of $478,236 and 95 days on the market.   Please take a look at the report below for full information.
